Punjab Government E-Taxi Project 2025 is promoting electric mobility with 1100 eco friendly vehicles interest free loans and exclusive incentives for drivers and fleet owners.
The Government of Punjab aims to promote electric vehicles eco system by distributing 1100 electric vehicles to encourage e mobility Initially it is a pilot project in District Lahore enabling to own your e vehicle with ease through interest free loan of 5 years installments equity contribution and free vehicle registration by Government of Punjab
Fleet Owners
• 1000 E Taxis for fleet owners
• Minimum 10 E Taxis per fleet owner
• Registration with Transport Network Companies TNCs for E Taxi Operations
Individuals
• 100 E Taxis for individuals registered with Transport Network Companies TNCs
• 70 E Taxis allocated for Male
• 30 E Taxis allocated for Female
